SEASONAL CHANGE: AUTUMN
/There is nothing like a seasonal change, especially during autumn; the mood is always comforting and inviting.
Autumn arrived on September 22, 2024, bringing me closer to my favorite season, winter. All seasons are a gift from the most extraordinary God above, Jehovah, and I am thankful to experience them all continually.
It's time to bring striking pieces featuring the season's vibrant colors. Think of the beautiful shades of orange, green, and various earth-tone browns and the rich purple, red, and yellow hues inspired by the falling leaves.
Color is a dynamic element in interior design, and I enjoy experimenting with it during autumn, the most inviting and self-reflective season.
What are you currently styling? A console table? Are you ready to give that much-needed console table a stylish makeover?
I have incorporated things I enjoy glancing at when walking through my house. Of course, books must become a part of the setup, especially when height is needed. When vases are involved, I prefer them to be uniquely different from each other but keep a genuine contrast and complement. I know everyone loves adding pumpkins this season, and I will do so myself, but I also like the addition of squash. It makes for a beautiful decorative piece and is quite stylish, too. How about adding a couple of spheres? Lastly, if not two, at least one table lamp will take center stage in the layout. For this console table, I centered a giant clock as the backdrop.
With one room already basking in the cozy vibes of autumn, it's time to spread this warmth to every nook and cranny of our homes. Let's eagerly welcome autumn into every corner, igniting a spark of excitement for the decorating journey ahead.
