ALL SPRUCED UP: CHRISTMASTIME

Yes, it is that time of the year again when everything and everyone seems so busy and upbeat. As a busybody, I know it is more than rushing the month of December away. As I do with each day that Jehovah God blesses me, I will enjoy every single second and give him the glory, honor, and praise. Interior styling is one of my many creative attributes, a genuine gift from God, so I enjoy creating passionately. It is not necessarily about a holiday because giving is better than receiving, but about using my creative assets to create beautiful objects that bring pure excitement, joy, and happiness.

I have always had a live Christmas tree, but I remember styling my first (dress form) a couple of years ago, and I was in awe of how beautiful it turned out. However, I have continued to keep this fantastic piece of greenery in my living space. I style her throughout the season when time allows. So, as I reminisce during this holiday season, I thought and smiled about the year my color palette was gold and teal blue. I admit I get excited when designing, styling, or ripping up a room to bring it alive.

So, during the busy month of December, I plan to reminisce about past creations and continue to create authentic memories that make me exactly who God designed me to be: a creative human being.

As I look back on this stylish and sophisticated tree, the gold and teal blue were elegant hits.

Happy Holidays!
