TTEOAD: STILL MISSING PARIS, FRANCE
/There is nothing like reminiscing on past trips. I do this when I am working on a design project, and when I decide to stop and take a five-minute pause, my mind starts to wander, and I can feel my lips turning into a gigantic smile. It might seem unbelievable, but the main reason is that I am overly obsessed with traveling, especially internationally. When I talk about how traveling fuels my creative soul, it deeply fuels my internal soul. It takes my creativity to an entirely different level, with ideas that only come to me when I am in that particular country.
While my stay in Paris was everything I expected and more, It opened my eyes to another level when dealing with global design. I have already visited places such as South Africa, Italy, Santa Fe, and New Mexico to see the extraordinary architecture, style, and decor and to understand their cultural design styles. However, I am still in awe of how Paris took me to an even higher level of seeing interior design through a different lens. With every country I visit, I better understand how each culture incorporates the world of interior and exterior design and precisely how it evolved.
Even though there are differences in various design styles from country to country, each plays a significant role in design today. Every intricate detail is of high importance to the world of interior design, and I am beyond glad that I am a part of this ever-growing and evolving history.
And as a designer, when my body is physically in a specific country, I capture many pictures and videos during my travels. Nothing is like keeping pieces of history that will continually help inspire me to create unique spaces.
I adore this photo because the photographer took it from another beautiful architectural structure opposite the Eiffel Tower.
